Perched on the rugged slopes of the Aravalli hills in Udaipur, ITC Mementos Ekaaya is a luxury resort that redefines mountain architecture through sensitivity, resilience, and refined elegance. The design draws directly from the terrain, employing a site-responsive approach that respects the natural contours while enhancing the experiential quality of the built environment.

A thorough environmental analysis—considering slope gradient, soil stability, solar movement, wind behavior, and panoramic views—shaped every design decision. Modular architectural blocks were chosen for their structural integrity and adaptability to seismic zones and harsh weather conditions. These units are arranged in staggered, terraced formations, preserving the topography and maximizing privacy and sightlines. Natural materials, native vegetation, and seamless indoor-outdoor transitions create a harmonious connection between architecture and landscape. With terraces, balconies, and integrated hiking trails, the resort invites guests to immerse themselves in the serenity and raw beauty of the Aravalli terrain.
