Designed by Dharam Patel of Art & Architecture Associates, the development is carefully positioned across the undulating hills, allowing villas, gardens, and water features to blend harmoniously with the surrounding forested landscape. The design approach focuses on creating a resort experience deeply connected to the natural environment, where winding pathways, curated gardens, and panoramic viewpoints guide guests through the site. Villa clusters are thoughtfully arranged along the contours of the mountains, ensuring privacy while offering expansive views of the valley and surrounding hills. Landscape plays a defining role in shaping the spatial experience. Boulevards lined with native Gulmohar trees, locally stone-paved pathways, and tranquil water bodies create a sequence of immersive outdoor spaces. Signature features such as lagoon-style pools, event lawns, and landscaped terraces enhance the sense of luxury while maintaining harmony with the natural terrain.
