ITC Mementos Ekaaya Udaipur Architecture, Udaipur is a 100-acre low-density luxury hospitality development set within the Aravalli hills. Conceived as an integrated design ecosystem, the project synthesizes terrain-responsive master planning, modular architecture, climate-sensitive materiality, crafted interiors, and bespoke product detailing.
The resort comprises 157 keys (117 Phase 1 + 40 Phase 2), complemented by specialty restaurants, wellness amenities, banqueting, and recreational facilities.
Master Planning
Contour-driven planning ensures minimal ecological disruption, with each ~2-acre cluster limited to approximately 10% built footprint. Calibrated view corridors, discreet circulation, and expansive green buffers preserve privacy while framing panoramic Aravalli vistas.
Architecture
A modular combinatorial system reinterprets vernacular principles through pyramidal pitched roofs (up to 17 ft apex height), high-volume interiors, and thermally efficient eco-roof assemblies.
Materials include locally quarried stone plinths and fly-ash brick superstructures, reinforcing contextual sustainability.
Interiors
Interiors merge contemporary luxury with regional craftsmanship. Double-height volumes, exposed structural profiles, layered lighting, handcrafted rugs, and bespoke furniture create spatial richness while maintaining architectural honesty.
ITC Mementos Ekaaya Udaipur: A Masterpiece of Luxury Hospitality Architecture
Designed by the visionary Architect Dharam Patel and the team at Art & Architecture Associates, ITC Mementos Ekaaya Udaipur stands as a benchmark for sustainable luxury. Spreading across a massive 100-acre landscape in the heart of the Aravalli hills, this project is not just a resort but a holistic design ecosystem.
The Vision: Integrated Design Ecosystem in Eklingji, Rajasthan
The core philosophy behind ITC Mementos Ekaaya Udaipur was to create a low-density development that respects its natural surroundings. From Master Planning to Product Design, every element was crafted in-house by Art & Architecture Associates, Vadodara to ensure design continuity.
Master Planning & Ecological Sensitivity
Our contour-driven planning ensures minimal ecological disruption. Each 2-acre cluster is limited to an approximately 10% built footprint, allowing the Aravalli vistas to remain the dominant visual anchor. We calibrated view corridors and discreet circulation to preserve guest privacy while providing panoramic mountain views.
Architectural Excellence: Modular and Sustainable
The architecture of ITC Mementos Ekaaya Udaipur reinterprets vernacular principles through a modern lens.
Modular System: A combinatorial system features pyramidal pitched roofs with an apex height of up to 17 ft.
Materiality: We utilized locally quarried stone plinths and thermally efficient eco-roof assemblies.
Sustainability: The use of fly-ash brick superstructures reinforces our commitment to contextual sustainability.
Luxury Interiors & Regional Craftsmanship
The interiors of the 157 keys merge contemporary luxury with Rajasthan’s rich heritage. Double-height volumes and exposed structural profiles create a sense of spatial richness. Every detail, from handcrafted rugs to bespoke furniture, was designed to maintain architectural honesty while providing a premium guest experience.
